Warranty Policy


General Information


Note: Full after-sales service and warranty support are provided only for orders placed on our official website https://www.ryolt.com.

If you purchased the product through another platform (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress, etc.), please contact the respective seller or platform customer service.

 

Warranty Terms


Within the first 7 days after delivery


If the product has a material or manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement product.

In such cases, we will cover all shipping costs related to returns and replacements.


From 7 days up to 12 months after delivery


If a quality issue occurs with the product, we will identify the cause of the defect and offer free repair services or send replacement parts to resolve the issue.

The customer is not required to pay for the return shipping costs, but is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the repaired or replaced product (the cost will be charged to the customer only once).

Before returning a defective product, please contact us at support@ryolt.com to receive the correct return address and instructions.

 

Warranty Periods for Special Components


Battery: 6 months

Motor: 6 months

Controller: 6 months

Charger: 3 months

Display: 3 months


Cases Where Warranty Does Not Apply


The warranty becomes void in the following cases:


1. The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons, or non-original parts and accessories have been used.

2. Damage caused by accidents, external factors, weather, or similar circumstances.

3. Malfunction caused by dirt, moisture, water, foreign objects entering the device, etc.

4. The product has been used in rain or water deeper than 4 cm.

5. Serial or identification codes on the product have been removed, are unreadable, or otherwise altered.

6. The product’s condition has deteriorated due to improper storage conditions (e.g., corrosion, condensation).

7. The product has not been used according to the instructions, or has been damaged due to vandalism.

8. The warranty period has expired.
