Refund policy

The right of return is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 

To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods – in the same way as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in such condition that their appearance has not changed.

A request to return the product must be submitted within 14 days to support@ryolt.com. The request must include the order number and the customer’s name. 

The return of the product will be carried out according to the instructions provided by RYOLT via email after the request has been processed. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. 

After receiving the returned product, the Seller will refund the product cost to the Buyer’s account as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days.
