Located at Aavoja tee 7, Vikipalu, Harjumaa.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods is added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required information fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. Then, the total fee is displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments
- Estonian “pay later” solutions
NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to press the button “Back to merchant” on the bank’s page.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock running out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, usually within 1–2 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days.

- Lithuania
We use the following couriers for delivery:
- DPD

The buyer bears the shipping costs and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–14 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within 30 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may only be used in a way necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods – as allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for other purposes than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a free-form withdrawal application must be sent by email to support@ryolt.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except when the reason for the return is that the item delivered does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application, or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
The Online Store will refund the buyer immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery fee.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to Submit a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for the non-conformity of goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or for defects which already existed at the time of delivery of the item and which appear within two years of delivery. During the first year after delivery, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof lies with the Online Store.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store in case of a defect no later than two months after it appears by sending an email to support@ryolt.com or by calling +372 53566330.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer due to the buyer’s actions or inactions (improper use, accidents, etc.) or in case of normal wear and tear.
If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods. The Online Store forwards personal data to the transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering an email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to support@ryolt.com or by calling +372 53566330.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. Conditions of procedure can be found and an application submitted here.
The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
